Registration form

When registering a player, we process the player's name, date of birth, guardian's name, email, phone, position, experience level, selected tournament, jersey size, and any notes. We use this data solely to process the registration and communicate with the family.

Travel and identity documents

For tournament travel (for example airline ticketing), guardians may submit identity data via the registration form or the travel documents page: full name as shown on the document, document type (passport or ID card), document number, nationality, and document expiry date. Date of birth is already collected at registration.

We use this data only for tournament coordination and do not share it with others except as required to arrange travel. It is stored with restricted access, linked to the player profile so it can be reused for future Invincibles tournaments when still valid. Contact invincibles@kulkarni.cz to request correction or deletion when no longer needed.

Trip contribution payments

When organising a trip, we may record payment status for family contributions (for example flights, registration fees, accommodation, and shared transport). Amounts due and payments received are used only for trip accounting among Invincibles organisers. Contact invincibles@kulkarni.cz with payment questions.

Google Analytics

With your consent, we may use Google Analytics to track site traffic.

Data is anonymised and retained according to Google Analytics settings.
